Traffic Impacts
Strawberry Hill Avenue: Closed under the railroad bridge between Fitch Street and Winfield Street. Detour as signed. Pedestrian and bicycle access maintained. Bridge closed to traffic through October 2025.
Fort Point Street: Monday – Friday, from 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Alternating traffic patterns on Fort Point Street between South Smith Street and Moore Place.
East Avenue: Monday – Friday, from 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM and 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Alternating one-way traffic between Fort Point Street and Olmstead Street.
Marine Activity
Norwalk River: Intermittent channel closures east and west. One channel remains open to marine traffic during intermittent closures.
Parking
East Norwalk Train Station south parking lot: Temporary parking reduction from Thursday, September 25 - Sunday, September 28, approximately six to eight parking spaces will be reduced for utility work.

Day and Overnight Work at the WALK Bridge: Monday - Saturday, 24 hours, non-stop.
